We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Global Marketing to lead our international marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee global campaigns across digital platforms, drive brand visibility, and manage marketing teams to achieve growth targets. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, WordPress, digital advertising (Google, Facebook, TikTok), and performance optimization.
You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives while exploring new opportunities in emerging markets. Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry is highly advantageous. This position is best suited for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and can collaborate effectively across departments to deliver measurable outcomes.
SEO specialists are marke professional who use research and analysis improve a website’s ranking on search engines like Google. They find the most popular and relevant keywords used in search engine queries and insert them into websites, helping search engines find those sites and display them to web users.
Responsibilities
Lead the global ( included Thailand & Philippline) marketing strategy and oversee execution across multiple channels. Manage SEO performance, website optimization, and brand presence using WordPress. Plan, implement, and analyze digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
Collaborate with design, content, and technical teams to ensure consistent brand communication. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. Optimize marketing budgets and ensure ROI through data-driven insights. Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring productivity and creativity. Report marketing performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure all campaigns comply with local and international regulations, particularly in iGaming sectors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global or regional marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing SEO campaigns and driving website traffic growth.
- Proficiency with WordPress, including plugin management and content publishing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for optimizing digital assets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working on-site in the Philippines and managing multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in scaling digital campaigns internationally.
- Experience in the gambling, casino, or entertainment marketing industry is a strong plus.
